  • Pocketful of Starlight

Last night, my aunt was quite surprised when i sang this song while doing some housework. It's a little 50s song that periodically sticks in my mind. People nowadays just don't make music the way it was made back in the old days .

Introducing to you Catch a Falling Star by Perry Como.

Use the right pocketful of starlight to forget life's troubles. Or may i'll catch myself a fairy and shake all her fairy dust instead. And then keep the fairy in good health so I can collect more fairy dust everyday and sell it to the highest bidder once a month or year. Many other plans too for the fairy dust. I'd be rich rich rich!! Oh. Oops. Then I'll need to encourage competitors to treat their fairies unfairly, then spread abuse fairy propaganda. Next, i'll hire some silly fairy with awesome connections, and let her think i'm a changed person because of her talk and I'll organize some outreach or support group for the fairies and offer them jobs in my company. If i encourage my competitors to abuse them enough, then my offer would sound unbelievably kind and generous. Maybe sponsor creation of some fairy cartoons. I'll begin merchandising products with teeeny tiny sprinklings of fairy dust. It'll be like a giant pink Barbie enterprise. For the grownups, i'll push for real classy elegant glass bottles of water with itty bitty fairy dust inside and market it as elegant and push the price sky high. So classy that Paris Hilton would be seen drinking it. Must think of a nice brand name and plan my timeline. And catch a fairy .

    Good morning, Monday.
